- MMmakaylaNov 9, 20251.0This happened on Thursday. I placed a mobile breakfast order about 10–15 minutes before breakfast ended and walked over to pick it up. When I got there, I waited around 8 minutes before anyone even helped me - and during that time, they helped someone who came in after me. When the cashier finally checked, she went to the back for several minutes just to come back and tell me they “aren’t doing breakfast anymore.” I explained that I ordered before breakfast ended, so it should’ve been made or at least set aside, but she just said it was canceled and that I’d get a refund - no apology or explanation. Even another customer said that was crazy. To make it worse, when I checked my phone later, they hadn’t even canceled the order, so I had to cancel it myself in the app to get refunded. Just really unprofessional and disappointing service overall.
