  I had a very negative and uncomfortable experience at this location. The woman who was taking my order was extremely rude from the beginning. When I spoke to her in English, she immediately said she didn’t understand, but she didn’t even make the slightest effort to try, clarify, or assist me in any way. Instead, her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. This made me feel clearly discriminated against. In a place like this, where customers come from many different backgrounds, there should be professionalism and basic respect. What I experienced was the opposite — a lack of courtesy, patience, and willingness to help. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome just for the way they speak. This behavior is unacceptable, and I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it, because this kind of treatment should not be happening.

  Betty helped me here, and she took the time to show off her amazing customer service skills! I was in a poor mood, and she really tried to talk to me and help me through the confusion of the new touch screen interface (yuck) that is forced on customers now. Truly a glowing personality and a great person! Thank you Betty!!

  Came today at 12 to grab lunch for myself and co workers through drive thru . I was greeted and my order was taken by a woman named Jocelyn . Due to many orders being read from my phone and being confused on the menu I was ordering slower than usual but wanted to ensure my co workers were getting the correct items , I then needed to make a change to something I ordered , that’s when JOCELYN became extremely rude by telling me “it’s already made” , then proceeded to be rude when I asked about different items on the menu which I thought would be appropriate to ask given … she works for this place. Guess not . Staff at the window were nice the man who collected payment but there were two ladies inside standing over him watching me through the window with the most disgusting looks on their faces. I work down the street and I’ll def let the office know not to visit this location anymore due to the lack of good service . Food was good though . I did also file a complaint with the better business bureau after I left . Food service workers need to stop taking out the dislike of their occupation on patrons .
