- ARApril Rasheed-Christian3 days ago1.0They suck 😞 sorry not sorry. We spent $40 and food was terrible. Ice coffee was watered down and hot chocolate was watery, sandwich 🥪 was dry and no flavor. Never again!

The ordering via kiosks and lack of personal attention and slowness as I ordered just before 2 PM was a turn off. Dunkin you let.e down on this occasion.

The lid wasn’t on properly and it popped off of my husband’s hot coffee and spilled down the front of his shirt, all over the table and floor, the napkin dispenser was empty, I told the employee and she just looked at me, I told another employee and she said she would be right out to clean up the mess and bring some napkins which she did not do. Not one person came and asked if he was ok after spilling hot coffee down the front of his shirt.
