  Place has really gone downhill. Staff was rude about my small service dog even tho I was only picking up. Asked them to bring pizza to my car when it was ready, as I'm having Knee Surgery soon & can't stand there with my dog. So I sat in the car for over 10 minutes watching one of the staff check the ovens repeatedly. He may need his vision checked, cuz when I gave up & walked back in, I watched him throw at least 4 burnt pizzas in the trash. Turns out mine had been there all along but staff was too busy eating, lurking & laughing to bother to check. So, luke warm pizza, too. Good thing there's another Pizza Factory in Auburn

  Worst pizza ever. Would not recommend eating at this restaurant.

  One sentence. This place sucks bad. I seen them mess up 9 or 10 pizzas everyone that walked in had to wait at least 40 minutes for their pizza they got my mini wrong and I was in there for 45 minutes.
