  I just went through Taco Bell in Colfax tonight and had the worst service ever. I was given the wrong order, and when I went back to fix it, the guy taking orders was rude, short, and unhelpful. I even had to drive back, take a picture of the menu, and return just to get him to understand what I was asking for. ( When I came back with the screenshot, another woman helped me and gave me the correct order. This guy’s attitude is terrible and he is bad for business. I bet he never is accountable for his actions either. Must be a swell coworker.

  Travelers beware get food prior to this point or hold out till reno came through 10pm satuday night not a person around colfax. The guy seemed nice. But i got a completely messed up order. You will get the normal taco bell messed up order and none of the convenionce of the taco bell in your town.

  Our experience this evening may have put us off this location for good. Other than the general smell of the place, tonight was just odd. We ordered (and were charged for) 2 crunchy taco supremes, only to get regular crunchy tacos. We also ordered the new discovery luxe box, and were not given the cool ranch taco. The window attendant left after we gave him $40, then came back at least 4 to 5 minutes later with the change. He started handing me the items as fast as he could in an obvious huffy rush. I asked him at the window for mild and fire sauce to be given fire and hot sauce. Once home and upon discovery, we called the location and were told that somehow the manager we saw in the window is gone for the next 20 minutes and to call back and maybe she can help. Children run this place and it's turned into a disgrace. I don't know what happened to taco bell, but the kids at this location need some training in how to deal with the general public.

  tl:dr THEY WILL SPIT IN YOUR FOOD WHEN THEY THINK YOU AREN'T LOOKING - DO NOT EAT HERE! I've never had a bad experience at a Taco Bell before. Especially as a vegetarian, it's been one of the most reliable fast food places for me. However, I will warn everyone: DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I walked past the kiosk to the tables in the back (the employees didn't see me) and sat down, and did a mobile order. I heard the machine register it, heard them talk about a mobile order then heard them, joking about SPITTING IN THAT GUY'S FOOD followed by HEARING THEM ACTUALLY SPIT in what was presumably my food! I didn't want to believe it . . . so I stayed, but did not get up to get the food. Over the course of the next 10 minutes I heard them spit in the food of 3 people's drive thru orders before handing them out. After that, I heard enough and left. If you want my rec, go to the pizza place next door. I went there and it was one of the best spots I've ever been!
