Arrived to store at 8:35pm tables and chairs piled on top of each other blocking their entrance, asked female employee if she was still open since she had her open sign up. She told me she had been closed for the past 30 minutes and she never accepted my order since she had closed at that time already. I asked for a receipt for voided transaction or anything. She said since she never accepted my order she can’t it’s on her tablet still and even if she wanted to she can’t since she needs a manager pin and she’s been gone for a while. “Call tomorrow if you get charged.” I ended up ordering food further down at a different subway. Got charged two days later called store no one answers rings three times then gets denied. Don’t order here order down at the EZ trip ten minutes away but worth it.
