  Astonished by the service. McDonald’s application does not let you process your rewards without making separate orders. I went ahead and placed 4 different orders. When it came time to go inside the store, I’m welcomed with the conversations the staff is having about my orders. All in Spanish. A young scrawny boy that walks food to curbside said “damn look at this guy, 1,2,3,4,5! Orders!!” Then makes a slapping motion as if I’m not in front of it. Completely unaware I’m the one who made the order. I can also hear the rest of the staff complain about the order. It’s absurd they’re comfortable with talking like that right next to the lobby.

  I was in the drive thru, and I was waiting for my food. I noticed a man looking at me through the drive thru window and making inappropriate faces. Bitting his lip, Rolling his eyes and making weird hands gestures like he had breasts and he was jiggling them. I felt harassed and uncomfortable. I think he was a cook. He was not supposed to be in the window. I do believe any work no matter if it’s fast food should be professional including with your crew members I asked the employee his name and told them it was so inappropriate which I was given his name it’s gerry Very very unprofessional

  The staff is always unfriendly and rude. I have a problem with rude and condescending staff every time I come to this location. I always double check my orders and when I am missing items, I let them know and always act like I’m in the wrong or as if it’s my fault they messed my order up. I understand it’s a busy location but it is not an excuse to act rude to your guest
