  I hadn’t been to a Subway in years, but while I was in Indio today (08/28/25), I decided to stop by—and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean the store was. Everything looked spotless, which gave me a good impression right away. Looking through the glass, the meats, cheeses, and vegetables all looked fresh, neatly arranged, and well taken care of. The two employees working at the time really stood out. I didn’t catch their names, but they were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was prepared just the way I wanted it. That kind of customer service goes a long way and made the visit even better. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stop at this Subway. The combination of a clean store, fresh food, and great service makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

  Anyone following my posts will read how eager I am to point out the positives in every establishment, but sadly this Subway receives 1 star due to appalling treatment by Muskan. (Spell?) This employee stood at the registrar, foul mouthed a customer in front of me, and when eventually rang up my purchase, stood with 1 hand on her hip as though to say "hurry up", and the other hand outstretched to be given the payment. Most unpleasant, unprofessional and rude, in the end, she even neglected to give me a receipt. Hmmmm.... After 2 attempts at trying to reach a manager in both this store, and at the location on route 111 in Indio, I've decided to go public. This Subway is a disgrace, and I request to be contacted.
