I went through the drive-thru to get breakfast for my family this morning right before breakfast ended. I ordered three sausage McGriddles with cheese added to them and a hash brown. Everything went smooth out first but when I got home they did not give me the correct order. When I called them to let them know the manager on duty gave me attitude right off the bat and told me oh we charged you for this but we charged you the correct amount. I told her you did not charge me for the correct items I am not here wasting my time for any reason whatsoever I know exactly what I ordered and you are telling me that you charged me the correct amount of money for something I did not order. She then proceeded to say that she would need to charge me the difference instead of correcting her mistake and then I just asked for a refund at this point because I had already wasted my time and gas to point out their mistake that had nothing to do with me. This is ridiculous especially on whoever the manager was in charge for this. This happened at approximately 10:15 a.m. Dec 14, 2025
