  I bought this bouquet for my wife 3 days ago. Usually on flower arrangements if their freshly made they should last 7 to 10 days the green filler (green plant) last longer than the flower but this is not the case…..bummer :(

  Just now around 5:15 PM, my fiancé left this Vons after using self-checkout. A message popped up asking him to confirm all items were accounted for, which he did before paying and exiting. As he walked out, an employee followed him toward the door while speaking into a microphone saying, “yeah, he just walked out.” When my fiancé asked if there was a problem, the employee denied it and said he wasn’t talking about him—yet continued to follow him into the parking lot and then asked to see his receipt. So which is it? If there was no issue, why follow him outside? And if there was a concern, why not address it directly and professionally inside the store? This experience felt like blatant profiling. No customer should be followed out of a store after paying and then questioned like they did something wrong. For context, my fiancé works for the same police department that patrols this community and responds to emergencies yet he was still treated this way. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and your staff should be ashamed and I hope my call to corporate holds these individuals accountable. If you’re Mexican, be aware you might get followed out the door too. I will not be returning!!!

  I've been shopping at this particular Vons grocery store for 23 years. They are as clean today as they were 20 yrs ago. Their member specials save me loads of money and I get to shop in a lovely, clean, not overly crowded store that has great selections and prices! The isles are nice and wide, the prices are usually easy to see and their weekly specials are incredible! I will be a Vons customer for life! 🥰

  Thumbs down regarding the on-line pick-up service because my order could only be partially filled and was referred to another location that didn't have the items either upon personally following up. I finally located another Vons that did have the item "Plantspired Gochujang steak," a delicious vegan product. Kudos to your gas station for the 50 cent discount per gallon on gas. I really needed it after the runaround, as I was running on empty. Please stock more of the aforementioned item (more than just 10 in the refrigerated display) and I will gladly purchase even more of it.
