  So this isn't the usual Subway I go to. I was just around that area and didn't want to drive to the one next to my house. So needless to say, I regret my decision and will never go back to that Subway or ones that are owned by that owner. He owns another one in town and is horrible but at this particular time the older lady and the younger lady that was working did not know how to make sandwiches and I feel like it's a pretty easy thing. You put the meat and cheese down and then the Mayo, the mustard or sauces that you want and then all your lettuce and stuff. I've watched them do it to three separate sandwiches and act like they forgot. I don't understand how you forget to add mayo or mustard to sandwiches and then when it comes to my sandwich. I asked her twice not to put lettuce on it and as I'm making my decision after she heard me say it twice and nodded to read yes and put the lettuce back on two separate occasions when I go to look if they have something as I turn around she's literally putting lettuce on my sandwich. I just don't understand how hard it is for them to make a sandwich. You should be hiring people that make your business look good and if you wanted to know when I went in there it was May 3rd around 2:00? And I'm not here to make fun of anybody under any circumstances. I know not everybody is competent, but you should definitely have somebody competent in making sandwiches and running this store before letting them be by themselves. Two people that don't know what they're doing does not make one person that knows what they're doing and that's just what it seems like. This is the same owner that owns a Subway next to WinCo on peach and Ashland. I will not go to that one. Neither he treats his employees. Horribly I knew somebody that worked there and these same two ladies and other people at work at both of these stores and it is just very poorly ran. Trust me I will never be going back to that Subway or any owned by that person. I hope this gets fixed

  Didn't see my post on Yelp regarding my experience at Peach and Ashlan store from visiting on Sunday March 29th; lady totally unprofessional behind counter no customers when walked in; watched whole time making my wrap; asked if peppercorn ranch was going to be drizzled over--said did which she didn't do; never asked if I wanted add on veggies etc just threw the wrap together and rang me up. Will never go back to any Subway locations as not first experience with attitude 😕 If I could give negative 5 stars would; based on reviewing all comments appears everyone has same experience.

  This Subway is incredibly disappointing. An older gentleman wanted to buy a six inch sub, he had just over $5 on his gift card. He ran outside to get the remaining amount due, which was another $1 something. While he stepped outside, the cashier either finalized or canceled the transaction. When he came back in to finish up, she told him his gift card balance was now $0 so he needed to come up with another way to pay. They went back and forth for a minute. The cashier called her boss who only got part of the story, which was that there is $0 available, but cashier failed to mention he DID have $5 on it at first. Basically, they told him they couldn’t help him. I stepped in and said he originally had $5 on his card, he went outside to get the remaining balance and upon his return his card balance was $0. So that’s a them issue, not a him issue. And they needed to figure it out because this poor man just wanted to eat. She called her boss again and explained the situation correctly this time, boss said she would be over shortly. So they made this gentleman wait until the owner showed up to “correct” the situation. But more like attack him and try to play mind games with him over $5. I can’t tell you if it ever got resolved as I had to leave, but the way they spoke to him and basically told him he was SOL is not right. He thanked me for my help and I gave him some cash in the event they didn’t resolve the issue for him. We as a society need to do better.
