    Tried calling because I didn't get what I ordered and the phone number doesn't work. Get it together Sonic, the job shouldn't be that hard.

    DO NOT GO HERE. We recently visited this location and the credit card machine was not working. The employee advised they had to manually punch in the card number to compete the transaction. The following day that same card had a fraudulent charge for a Carnival Cruise in the amount of $991. The charge has already been disputed. A police report has been filed and Sonic corporate was notified of this incident. I recommend you avoid this place unless you want to deal with disputing fraudulent charges.

    I don’t understand how they have so many bad reviews about the speaker but refuse to fix it. It makes not only the employees jobs harder, but it’s also extremely frustrating for the customer. The employees can be very hit or miss as well, I will say there was one time I pulled up to the window and heard two employees yelling and cussing at each other super loud. I’m not sure if it was a serious altercation but it was super awkward to over hear. Quality of food is also hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good, other times it’s cold. I think it’s about time to retire this location though, too many bad experiences and after coming here for years, it’s clear the owners do not care about quality here since nothing ever changes.
