  I always enjoy coming to this Panera because the staff are kind, and it’s always clean. Today I noticed my breakfast sandwich was made on the wrong bagel. Usually I don’t mind, but I was really looking forward to that specific kind. The woman at the front was understanding and had my bagel re-made. She also brought me something to wrap up the wrong order incase I wanted to keep it. Their customer service is great, and it’s appreciated.

  NOT A PLACE OF GREAT SERVICE (Much-Less the Foods) On 4-19-2026 I decided to use a gift card that was given to me on my special day. I'm not much for Panera Bread (PB), because I had bad experience before. I went inside to place an order (pick-2), and (from the order time) and to getting my foods, it took 14 minutes. When I double checked my order, it was missing the corn strips for the mexican corn chowder. The food preppers walked away and I had to wait for them to return so I can advised them that they didn't include one missing item. After all that, I double checked the sandwich and to my suprise, PB still cheat customer by only topping the sandwich with very little meats (chickens) and the rest, you only eating a 3 and 1/4 inch size of bread. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SLOW FOOD PREPPING CHEAT CUSTOMERS ON PORTION

  The atmosphere is always friendly and inviting a quiet place tamale and just get away from all the noise of a work week. Very relaxful environment . Truly enjoy all their salads great soups are cheddar broccoli is delicious chicken soup comfort food and their Chili's excellent. Fantastic sandwiches it makes a great meal. Love the beverages of course let's not forget all the deserts one of my favorites is the orange scones absolutely delicious and on point ...☺️😋

  They were out of tea. I mentioned it. They got right on it. It should always be available, but I wasnt in a rush... Waited about 10 minutes

  They use to have Military Scientist mugs for the scientist of the military. I even had one. They sometimes put names on it, a stamp or any symbol/logo. I was in American and German military. They would exchange notes, test results, weapons, technology, etc.
