  won’t be returning here or any vons for that matter, the bald caucasian gentleman at the customer service counter today around 4pm - 5pm was extremely rude I was standing in line asking for a specific item and where it was, he told me the isle i let him know i already checked there he said then he doesn’t know what to tell me, i asked him if he can check the back and he told me whatever is out on the floor is what they have ~ try gaslighting someone who isn’t married to a vons district manager, asked another associate and low and behold he comes out with the product from the back that i was looking for that apparently didn’t exist since all that they have out on the floor is all that they have lol

  On January 2, 2026 I went shopping at the Von’s at Fowler and Herndon in Clovis. I purchased four pieces of salmon that were advertised with a yellow promotion tag to be on sale at five dollars each. When I went to the register Mark the cashier rang them up at full price. I explained that they’re on a promotion for $5.00 each. Mark called the meat and fish counter at the rear of the store and it was confirmed that they are on sale and until January 4 2026. Mark adjusted the price and I paid. I agreed to go back to the counter and take a picture to verify for Mark that they are on sale. As I was leaving the store a Vons employee name Maria came up and began to threaten me and verbally attack me in front of other Vons customers, and Vons employees by saying “this is the last time you’re going to pull this. I’m going to allow this one last time”. Now remember, the transaction was already completed at the sale price. I showed Marie the picture on my phone of the yellow sale promotion tag. After discovering her mistake, she invented a new story that she had the power and authority to cancel or revoke any sale item promotion. (These are those yellow tags that hang under an item that state buy one get one free, buy one second half price and so on). She stated that no sale item is final until it’s cleared through the register. My sale was complete with payment and approved by the cashier Mark. In approximate the last seven days I have spent $460 at This Von store. Maria is correct. It will never happen again because I’m not going back to the store to do any shopping. Now if you take $460 times 52 weeks that’s a lot of money. I’m guessing that Vons doesn’t want any customers or any more money and allows her to speak to people in this manner. Can someone please tell me what happened?

  I have been going to this phone for a while. The prices are always great and the customer service has been good.

  My husband and I decided to come to this location to do a money order. Bob was the name of the guy who helped my husband, he was had a bad attitude and was also being snarky as well. My husband is not one to be rude, we understand customer service because we have worked in it before. However, I did not appreciate the service bob gave us. There was no need for him to treat him that way.

  Rude checker in mornings, would rather tell the customer they are wrong on the price when it was clearly labeled wrong by staff yet wants to argue. Staff continue to park in the 15 min stall every morning specifically a light blue Toyota van and still no one does anything about it. No hand baskets anywhere and jacked up carts. Should just go to Savemart.
