Got our food they forgot our drinks, seemed like I was bothering them asking for it. Sat down at the table and realized we did not get any napkins or silverware, went back up to the counter and asked for a fork and was told they adon’t have any so I asked for a spoon they Dont have any. So I’m not sure how I’m supposed to eat my lunch????? Like someone forgot to order supplies

Today we went through the drive through and they forgot to give us one of the drinks we payed for but we didn’t realize until we were already driving. So I went in with my receipt and asked for it and the lady and the counter rolled her eyes. After she handed it to me I said thank you and she proceeded to say nothing, roll her eyes again, and go back to what she was doing. Unprofessional.

It would of took her 5 secs to give the sauce. I will not come to this Tacobell ever.. She needs to be talked to or even disciplined or let go. The customer service she provided was horrible... If the owner reads reviews, please talk to her because she is giving your business a bad look. It wasn't even busy... Horrible lady LIZ is...
