  I came home about eight minutes ago and my grilled chicken sub sandwich was meat was cold. Some of it was warm and other parts were still cold, almost frozen. I just would like a replacement or a refund. I have the receipt ans the sandwich. Obviously limited time for the sandwich.

  Clean store great food. Customer service by the owner is perfect. I will be returning because my young daughters love Subway.

  The worker here is extremely rude and angry to customers, I can not stand to go into another Subway until something is done. This is the Subway on Minnewawa and Bullard in Clovis. He is working here almost every day. Beard and wearing an earbud on every single shift. He was immediately eyeing me down and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When Asked for my toppings he got more and more upset.. I am horrified of my experience tonight on March 3rd at 7:00pm.. please do something for this worker very unprofessional and angry towards customers. I just wanted my subway and got attitude and anger instead. Terrible customer service.

  I placed an online order with them, they were the only one accepting the coupon code. I got there, and found they'd canceled my order. I asked about it, and at first he just said "Yeah" and that was all. So I asked why it was cancelled, and it sounded like he said the oven wasn't working, but couldn't really understand him, he was mumbling. Didn't seem to know about the policy on refunding the money, because I'd already paid for it online. Doubtful I'd go back to this one any time soon.

  Last minute before closing and they made our sandwiches! Very pleasant we didn't know they closed at 8. Thank you 🎄☃️
