  This place sends out promotions to get people in here. They accept snap and EBT and they are serving those customers right in front of me, however, when we want to pay with a debit card, they do not accept that payment? The advertised promotion that we came in for was not available. Then the owner who is standing out in the lobby, jumped right in without washing his hands, put on plastic gloves and started trying to make my sandwich. After that, he jumped on the phone with customer service working on a payment issue …. Then he announced to everybody unless we have cash we cannot get our food, this was after the lady had made the sandwich for my six-year-old daughter who had patiently been waiting… So they would rather throw away a sandwich, then come up with any other payment system. We wasted our time and had to go to another place. I do not recommend this place because of the management and the owners. Terrible service, wasting peoples time and wasting food.

  Got here at 9:15 while the sign said it was open and online says they close at 9:30 but the door was locked. Then called and a lady stated oh yeah we close early and I told her about her open sign sign and she says oh yeah I forgot to turn it off…. Not coming back to this subway
