    The food was disgusting. Could not finish the burgers. The meat was mush. Took a bite and it was just so soggy. The bread, the tomato, and meat just blended into a soggy mess. Drenched in mayo. My fiancé enjoyed the jalapeño poppers and tots. I knew it wasn’t going to be great based on the last experience but this time sealed it. Won’t be going back. It’s gone downhill. Spent way too much. Not worth it.

    Would have given 0 stars if that were possible. Stopped by Sonic to grab a drink and tried ordering through the drive-thru. They asked me to wait for a bit, so I did. When I finally tried to place my order, the speaker volume was extremely loud — it actually hurt my ear, and my little one in the car started crying. I drove off and decided to order from one of the bays instead. I parked at bay #4, pressed the red button, and waited for 10 minutes. No one came or even acknowledged me. The store wasn’t busy at all — there were no cars in the drive-thru and no visible rush — yet the staff just ignored customers. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic.

    I am going in the drive through and then I ask if we can do two separate tabs and then they said no sorry. we asked why but they didnt say anything and so we decided we would just drive up to the window and then ask if we could order there since the speaker didnt seem to work well. the girl working there said no u cant and we were like oh why and she said either go back or go park your car in the slots. we told her we would order on the same tab and she said "we arent going to take your order so you can just leave" and she actually slammed the door in my face. we decided to park our car in the slots and oredr there and they said we arent taking ur order and then i said thats fine but i just wanted to ask them what t heir problem was and then they ignored me so make sure to fire the two woekrs that work thursday night at around 9 on willow and nees
