  I ordered online arrived exactly at pick up time. 12 minutes later they are trying to give my food to the car in the stall next to me. I see the drink I ordered in his hand so I tell him that is my order. The hot dog bun is soggy and falling apart on the bottom part. They did not give me the dipping sauce I ordered with my fries. 3 stars is being generous and only because the drink was good and the price for my meal was cheap.

  Every time I order from this location I'm disappointed. I dont even know why I try at this point. I ordered 2 milkshakes, mozzarella sticks, and fries. I was given tots instead of fries. It's literally not that hard. And then the app asks for a tip? Get out of here! Here's a tip: take the time to double check orders before handing them to customers.

  After waiting 25 minutes to only find out they forgot about me. Don’t drive up to menu board go through drive through that way they won’t forget you.
