  very rude young lady working the morning Saturday February 7th, our food was cold and hard, everything was off and even the drink didn’t even taste good and the employee refused to give us another one

  Waited 8 mins just for them to tell they don't have a product then another 17 mins for person in first to get there order just to leave think of manager would put a sing out of product would avoid a lot

  I just ordered at the Ashland store mobile. Drove 4 miles to get my food. The lady at the drive thru tells me that they don't have the Swiss mushroom burger at this location. I said why was I able to order it on the App? I said ok just sub it with a chicken sandwich ( same price) she said she can't do that. She said if I still wanted the rest of my food she would have to reorder my whole order and charge me again. I said I already paid why would you charge me a second time? She said I need to call my bank and have them remove the transaction. I said we'll give me the food that you did make and I want worry about the mushroom burger( I will not worry about the extra 3 dollars) she said they didnt make any of my foodby this time it's 11pm and I need to drive another 3 miles to eat some where else. The lady was very rude and acted like I did something wrong. They lost a good customer because I will never go back there. I think she tried to steal my money. Be careful going here because they can't be trusted

  Had a terrible experience not only was the kid making my order temperamental an rude but the other worker legitimately threw my food into my car window making a mess outta my car absolutely unacceptable for a 20$ order I will be calling corporate in the morning.
