There was no personal there who greets you, so I began walking to the bar area and asked one of the servers I saw to help me with my order I was picking up. The server did go check and my order was ready, but then he asked me, " did you pay?, I then responded, "yes." I am not to sure if the servers are familiarized with the process when ordering on the app. I felt like I was stereotype by the server because he still attempted to confirm if the order was paid with another coworker, but again it does not seem like they know. I got the food I paid for and left. Despite the experience I had in just picking up my food, it does not take away from the quality tasting pizza, boneless chicken and fries I purchased. The food was on point and delicious. I hope next time I purchase on the app and pick up my experience is better.
