To make things worse, I noticed what looked like mouse droppings behind the drink machines, hidden behind the partition. When I tried to call the store to report this, I was immediately hung up on — and when I called again, they just set the phone down on the counter while the managers counted drawers and complained about customers. Completely unacceptable food safety and customer service.
