They were more focused on cleaning so that they can get off asap instead of acknowledging the customers waiting in line. This lady tried ordering and they just pointed at the screen and she told them she didn’t know how to use it (to order). The guy took a while to go to her and show her and was not friendly. The lady at the counter told me, “Sorry, these restrooms are for customers only. If I let you use it, my boss will get mad at me.” I understand company policies, but as a delivery driver helping their business by picking up and delivering orders, I expected at least a little more consideration. We’re part of the same customer service chain. Denying a basic need like a restroom to the people helping keep your business running doesn’t sit right with me. I hope Jamba Juice reconsiders how they treat delivery drivers. A little kindness goes a long way.
