Rather than pushing me to use the self-order crapshoot, she listened to my order and told me about an offer I had on my account. I was able to get a large smoothie for less than $10. I'll be back here again soon. If I ever get pushed to use that self-order kiosk, I will drop my rating of this location. I certainly hope corporate is taking notes.

After 25 or so mins I asked them again, and they had my order ready the whole time they just misheard me I guess.. but my food ALWAYS comes out burnt and inedible because it gets so hard, it’s very frustrating when it’s not the cheapest.
