My friend and I visited last night. It was our first time there and we were well received and just so impressed by the decor in the restaurant. We both love taking pictures and the walls and mood of the space are simply perfect. We specifically came here for the shahi tukda as we had seen it on a TikTok video, and it was so insanely delicious. The flavors were are blending together so wonderfully and we cleared the plate! We will definitely be coming back to try the food, as we had such a great experience here.

I’ve been here a couple times and this is now officially my go to for Indian food!! Outstandingly delicious food, friendly staff and great environment! I love going here for a great meal and they also have a very reasonable happy hour. The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated, which is icing on the cake but what I keep coming back for is the richness of the flavors and the five+ star dishes. The chef is out of this world talented! Don’t question trying this place out… go!

It’s first time visit tonight in this place.nice location in Clovis and outside decoration is fantastic, lights inside are nice and lovely clean floors and tables.
I ordered chicken pakora for appetizers, it’s not testy at all and not crispy. very ordinary. out of 2/10.
I ordered Chicken tikka masala, it’s good, gravy is great. out of 8/10.
I ordered Garlic Bread, it’s nothing, they don’t know even how to make it. It’s super poor. Out of 00/10.
Overall it’s good environment but not good for food.
service is not great, specially servers English communication is very poor, they are looking sad people, they are not welcome us and not even giving us bye 🥲

The atmosphere was great. The restaurant is beautifully-decorated. Unfortunately, this is one of those 5-star restaurants because it is very Instagrammable. The aesthetics is the only part that exceeds expectations. The service was inconsistent. When I arrived to meet my friends, the place was empty but my friends had been told to wait for a table to be cleaned. I had to ask again before they finally reluctantly cleaned the one dirty table for us in spite of the numerous empty clean tables. Our waiter was okay. We had to ask to order drinks which was strange. At one point, I glanced over and saw 3 members of the waitstaff sitting on their phones where customers are supposed to wait for tables. The host stand was unattended and messy. I had to signal to the waiter to put his phone away so we could get the bill.
We ordered Pakora, Tandoori chicken, Aloo Gobi, Dal Tadka, & Samosas. I’ve eaten homemade Indian food as well as Indian food from local food trucks and markets. I also know how to cook Indian curries at home. The food was terrible. It wasn’t spicy at all in spite of ordering medium spice. The Pakora was dried out and obviously not served fresh. The sabji (curry) was watery with too much oil. The tandoori Naan was drenched in ghee. My friend barely ate 2 pieces of her Tandoori chicken due to the lack of flavor. I ended up feeling sick from all the butter or oil.
I would skip this Instagrammable place and head to a food truck or a much less fancy Indian food market for tasty flavorful Indian food.
I’ll start with, it’s probably the best Indian food we’ve had thus far, very yummy. We got the brunch specials, butter chicken and gulag coco chicken. Glad it’s so close to home but likely will not return.
Came in for lunch, got sat almost instantly, was provided their main menus, waited about 5 minutes, then I had to wave down our server to ask for their brunch menu, after she gave it to us she instantly asked if we were ready to order… had to tell her we needed a moment to look over the menus she just handed over. The food took about 40 minutes to come out, in which we had finished our waters during that time.. didn’t get a refill till the food came out. Couple of tables who ordered after us got their food first, we were really hoping we’d get an explanation when the food came out. But not one word was said, even during our meals we never got a “how’s everything” check in, no water refills either during the meal. Sadly as delicious as everything was… half way thru our meal, there was something rock hard in the food… like a small bone, we never saw our server again, so no one to inform even if we wanted to. Once we finished, I had to flag someone for our check, which was fairly quick, we just paid and left. No one said thank you or bye…
Service may be calm and quiet but not attentive or friendly. Food, ambience, music choice and level, cleanliness were all up to par. Our selections were small but expected since it was their “brunch” menu, but still very filling. Overall, unlikely to return.
