God forbid you need assistance at the register (due to a failed coupon) because no one will acknowledge you or talk to you. When they finally DO decide to help, they act like you're the biggest burden ever. This place is NOT it. The food is good but the environment is hostile. Get those employees retrained ASAP. This is coming from someone in the service industry.

They HOOKED ME UP! LADY IN THE BACK AND CASHIERS WERE SMILIES THE HOLE TIME . cashier even came and asked if I needed more salsa. Definitely got more than I asked for.thank you Pollo loco for a good diner.
