I ordered a Barbacoa burrito ($12.10) with double meat ($5.70). I also asked for extra rice, reg pinto, fajita veg and extra cheese. The burrito total was $17.80. I got home and there was literally 2 single shreds of meat in my burrito. I tried to call and was informed by an AI answering service that no one comes to the phone anymore and to send my complaint online. I opened a chat online and again could only talk to AI. I was offered a free burrito code and then when I asked for more help told “this conversation is closed.” There is literally no way to speak to anyone. A free burrito does not fully reimburse me the money I spent for double meat. I also ordered a large chips and guac and my guac was only half full and brown and my chips were stale. Unable to speak to anyone, this will not be resolved. It’s disgusting that a restaurant is willing to serve this poor quality of food at these prices, but it’s criminal that there is literally no way to get it made right. I recommend not going here ever, but if you must - walk in and supervise them making your food.
