- PRPaola RivasMar 18, 20263.0Wanted to start by saying that I have no problem with the Dutch Bros. More so for its staff I’m leaving this review. I had an incident this past Monday with one of the staff members who was extremely rude. She was upset at the fact that I had called her out for taking Close to 15 minutes, taking the order of the customer in front of me. I begin to grow impatient simply because their conversation carried away from just taking the order. I did yell out my window. And said to her, we have a line and there’s people who are in a rush. So then she proceeded to take my order and she was upset that I had confronted her and thought that I shouldn’t have done that and that customer connection is part of her job, which I then told her I completely understand, but I thought she had completely passed a Was carrying out conversation as she was talking to a friend or something during a drive-through line. Come to find out once I pull She had walked in, and all the ladies inside mentioned her name as I originally wanted to complain about her anyways. As I pulled up this young lady Kayla had been spending those past 15 minutes, flirting with the young man in front of me in which I overheard them speaking while I was receiving my order That he had left her her number and all the ladies inside were chatting about it. The reason I decided to leave a review on her behalf was simply Very rude as I pull up to her the first thing she decided to say Instead of apologizing for the weight or anything like that, she was just very confrontational In my opinion, I’m not sure if I was in the wrong or if she was in the wrong, but I definitely don’t That work is a place where we should be getting numbers or having time to flirt While taking customer orders.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
