  Got chips and guac to go and once I got home and opened my guac there was a piece of blonde hair in it. Now I have to throw it away and I am not driving back, ugh

  I was eating in their outdoor seating and a worker locked me out (both gate and door leading to outside were now locked). When I finished eating I knocked on the door and the workers just stared. Mistakes happen but they didn’t apologize so that was weird. Other than that good food

  This place needs new people working customer service. They dont wanna work there u could tell by the faces . Used to be good not anymore food not good and service went down . They only put small portion food in plate. Special girl working there for taking your order

  Very disappointing experience from a location we visit weekly. We ordered four bowls, and every single one had an extremely small amount of meat — fewer than 9 pieces in each bowl. Mine had only 7 pieces, which is unacceptable for what Chipotle charges. Chipotle is quick to charge extra for additional meat, yet the regular portions are already far below what customers should be getting. Customers should not have to pay extra just to receive a reasonable serving. What was even more concerning was my son’s steak tasted bad, like it was old or not fresh. The flavor was clearly off, and no customer should have to question the freshness of their food. We go to this location weekly and have never had such poor quality or skimpy portions. Paying full price for this is unacceptable. This location needs to take food quality, portion consistency, and customer service much more seriously.

  Food was great place was really clean..
