  Ordered through the McDonald’s app at 5:53 PM and arrived within 5 minutes, expecting a quick pickup. Instead, I sat in the parking lot waiting while the drive-thru had a huge line and there were only about three people inside. After waiting over 30 minutes with no update, I finally had to go inside myself at 6:30 PM just to get my order. When I asked about my food, the employee just stared at me with a blank look — no apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment whatsoever and continued to ignore me — I went back to my car super upset and my husband walked back in. He called the lady, got the same exact reaction except this time she actually handed him our order that had clearly been sitting there for a long time. By then, our food was completely cold. I was furious. I wanted a refund, but ordering through the app makes it nearly impossible to get help and just refers you back to the restaurant. At this point, after the experience and attitude I received, I do not care to deal with the staff there again. Terrible service, zero communication, cold food, and no accountability. Complete waste of time and money.
