Specifically, the staff at the in-store Starbucks and the Deli counter both exhibit a pervasive and unacceptable lack of customer service skills. I consistently encounter unhelpful attitudes, a lack of basic courtesy, and virtually no customer engagement in these areas. It is baffling that management has not noticed or addressed this issue, as the poor performance of the staff is readily apparent and severely detracts from the overall shopping experience. I urge the leadership team to conduct immediate training and supervision to ensure employees meet basic service standards.

Without exaggeration, these cuts of meat were absolutely disgusting. They were unequivocally the worst cuts of meat I have ever had. The meat was tough, chewy, and without flavor, There is absolutely no way that these steaks are grass fed let alone 100% grass fed.
