However, I have felt service has steadily declined over the years. Staff is sometimes unattentive and forget basic things (asking if we need utensils, etc). I hope they can turn it around.

Ordered lasagna, seasonal offering of pappardelle bolognese, and the Buca bundle which included Mozzarella garlic bread, garden salad, and fettuccine alfredo. Classics were as expected in terms of flavor but the fettuccine alfredo was a little cold like it may have been sitting for a while. The pappardelle noodles were dry and sticky and the sauce seemed to be missing tomatoes and was light on the parmesan and parsley garnishes. You can see in the picture from the menu the sauce is red and the noodles are well coated. While this dish had good flavor it tasted more like beef pot roast than a beef bolognese ragu. Server was attentive and friendly.

When I arrived to pick up my order I asked for cups and after I told her about the picnic she made sure all of items were there such as plates, napkins, serving utensils and so on. She was super sweet. Kudos to her for being kind in today’s world! The food was great!
