- BBBrenda BeardAug 31, 20251.0I had a salad delivered from Uber Eats today. I had to have it delivered because I had two strokes. Normally when Subway makes a salad, they put it all together in a bowl and chop it. None of the meat was chopped . Which really wasn't a big deal It was just disappointing cuz I had to cut it up which I have trouble cutting because of my hands. What's the biggest problem is here was barely even a drizzle if that of the sweet onion dressing that I had asked for. There was nothing there to mix in with the salad.The little bit that was on top barely touched the meat..I scraped it off, but there was nothing to mix in. Paying $15 for a salad with no salad dressing on it is absolutely ridiculous. When we called back to subway and asked to talk to the manager, they said that there wasn't a manager on duty...he would take a message... When we told him what happened, the guy didn't care at all. So we are calling back tomorrow to talk to the manager

The manager of the store needs to have more people working. It’s not fair for one person working up front and doing online orders at the same time, that’s a lot of pressure.
- LALinae AJul 22, 20255.0I am so impressed with this exceptionally clean Subway. Not only is it clean, the customer service is excellent. Both ladies are fantastic, sandwiches are chefs kiss. I left my Iphone and guess what, it was there when I went back. Class Act.

Workers rushing to make your sandwich sloppy also making other people sandwiches at the same time as mine i asked for no olives or cheese but yet they still put it the lady Rebecca was picking it of and they were super soggy. Dont even waste your money here go somewhere else. They put fake people to call you when asking for the manager but can't even look at there camera because I bet they don't even work. 🤭
