    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience. The woman who was seating and managing the front of the house had a very unpleasant attitude from the beginning. Our server who took the order was fine, but overall the service in the dining area was disappointing. They didn’t even have proper sake cups available. Instead, they casually gave us a plastic sauce container to drink hot sake from. Even if that was a mistake or out of their control, there was no apology or explanation at all. It was presented like it was completely normal. I brought a friend who was visiting from out of town because this place is well-known in the area, but the attitude and service left such a bad impression that I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

    Feel hungry late night and want something hot and slurping? Here is your go to spot. They open till midnight so it is my fav spot since most of ramen places close at 9pm. I love their chashu bowl and ramen. For ramen, their are various toppings that you can build your ramen bowl from. Highly recommended.

    this atmosphere is great, with many seating options. yet the “slurpin ramen” didn’t taste like anything, it was simply just bland. i have gone to the slurpin ramen in buena park, and the difference in taste is INSANE. the slurpin ramen in buena park tastes WAY better, with actual flavor. i came with the same expectations in taste of the same flavor of the ramen, and left disappointed. service is great tho 👍, BUT be on the lookout for a better ramen spot.

    This place cant seem to have an order processing flow that can accommodate simple notes regarding extra toppings or sides. Ridiculous. What kind of logistics do you run here that don’t allow you to simply charge an extra topping or side when it is a customer note with a receipt that demands it to be added? Talk about losing out on extra money and providing terrible service at the same time.
