  Went to get a Sausage McMuffin® with Egg today. On the way I placed a mobile order at 10:20 AM, before breakfast was over. I got to the McDonald's about 10:28 - 10:29 AM and waited in line at the drive thru and when I got to the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order, they told me breakfast was over. I told them that I placed my order before 10:30 and was here in line before 10:30, but they told me I was too late. I guess because it was a couple of minutes after 10:30 before I got to the speaker because I was waiting in line? Then someone, I guess the manager, said I can give you a free breakfast sandwich coupon for your trouble. So I took the coupon and when I looked at it after I drove off, I see that she gave me a coupon that expired December of 2025! What kind of customer service is this? If the coupon doesn't work I probably won't be going back to that McDonald's again. And would not suggest that McDonald's to anyone.

  Cancelled order for curbside as I got here. Placed my order 40 minutes in advanced. Work on customer service, worker did not help. 0/10 for inconvenience.

  I placed an order at 10:40 for pickup and was charged for my order. Once we got to the window they stated they don’t have breakfast anymore. We went inside to explain the order was submitted before 11am. They ignored us as we stood at the register so we had to go back through the drive thru to get our order. After DRIVING all the way back home we opened our order and saw they only put one sandwich in there when we ordered three. So we had to drive all the way back to the restaurant only for them to tell us they cannot make those sandwiches because they’re breakfast items. Mind you this was an order that was placed at 10:40. This level of customer service is unacceptable and something needs to be fixed.

  I just bought a kids' meal, but surprisingly, they didn't give me a toy. It's really outrageous

  Ordered two happy meals with 6 piece nuggets, and they didnt even give us 6 nuggets. One box had 4 and the other had 5. Not only that but there was a weird black thing on one of my nuggets from a 10 piece box. Wait was super long too, would not recommend going to the McDonald's here. 😒
