I’ve consistently had poor experiences with the staff at this Chipotle location. Several of the women employees have been rude, unprofessional, and have made unnecessary remarks during my visits. On top of that, they act as if the rice and meat are coming out of their own paychecks with how little they serve, which only adds to the frustration. Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times, and it’s left me feeling very dissatisfied with the service. I’m not sure why the customer service is consistently this negative, but it has made my experiences here quite unpleasant. Why work here if you’re having to have such a bad attitude?
Really disappointed with this bowl. The portion was super small and there were only a few tiny pieces of meat! Most of it was just rice and toppings. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. Chipotle used to be much better
This was the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a loyal Chipotle fan for many years, but tonight around 7:40 PM, I went there as an Uber Eats driver to pick up an order.
A Mexican female employee told me the food wasn’t ready yet and asked me to wait. I politely said, “Okay, thank you.”
After about five minutes, she started preparing two chicken burritos. I saw her finish one burrito and take out a bottle of Coke, but then she went to do something else.
I waited for a while and asked if the food was still being cooked. I thought maybe they were missing an ingredient, but she just said I had to wait longer.
Ten more minutes passed, and she was just cleaning the kitchen and doing other things. Then I asked a male employee, who was more polite, but his answer was unclear.
In total, I waited for 20 minutes. I never saw them prepare any additional ingredients. The female employee was very rude and disrespectful. She even prepared the order for another Uber Eats driver who arrived after me — a white woman — and treated her much more nicely.
However, even after she finished the other driver’s order, she didn’t hand it out right away. Instead, she just took her time, slowly preparing my second burrito to deliberately delay my order. It really looked like she was doing it on purpose.
Meanwhile, in-store customers were getting their food quickly, which showed there was no shortage of ingredients at all.
This Mexican woman was specifically working in the pickup and delivery area, and she was extremely disrespectful.
I seriously suspect she was being racist toward me. I’m an Asian woman, and she clearly treated the other driver, who was white, much better.
That employee clearly went out of her way to make things difficult for me. I’ve never left without saying thank you before, but this time I was too upset.
She is by far the worst employee I’ve ever encountered at Chipotle.

I’ve been a regular Chipotle customer for years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff at this location were incredibly rude, careless, and completely unprofessional.
I ordered a veggie bowl and paid extra for corn and cheese, along with chips and salsa. Not only did they charge me for everything, but none of it was included in my bag. It honestly felt like the employee just stole those items from my order.
When I politely asked about the missing food, the staff acted like it was coming out of their own pocket — rolling eyes, being dismissive, and refusing to fix the issue. The bowl itself was half-empty, even though I was charged full price with extras.
And the manager wasn’t any better — completely indifferent, no apology, no effort to make things right. If this is how management behaves, it explains why the team feels they can treat customers this way.
It wasn’t even busy — there were no excuses. This is simply a lack of training, respect, and pride in their work.
I honestly hope Chipotle corporate sees this and re-trains the staff and manager at this location. Customers deserve honesty, fairness, and basic decency. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
The manager is a true joke. Not only does she treat her employees like trash but her customers too. Came in on 10/18 ordered a kids meal and for my side received frozen corn. After going back in and getting denied for a remake, the manager admitted to serving the corn knowing it was not "fully thawed". While waiting for my refund she then proceeded to begin temperature checking all the ingredients outside of customer view. Not only that, but the store is extremely dirty, and all her employees look miserable.
