- MGMatt G2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today. I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup. When I arrived, I stood there for quite a while and no one acknowledged me. The staff avoided eye contact and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I eventually had to walk up and ask before anyone checked on my order. When the employee finally handed me my food, she let go before I had a proper grip, and the food fell to the floor. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to fix the situation. The whole interaction felt careless and unprofessional. I’m usually a loyal Chipotle customer, which made this experience especially disappointing. Everyone deserves basic courtesy and respect. If someone is unhappy doing this job, that’s understandable — but customers shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of that.
