- NCNikki CollinsMar 29, 20261.0Tall young lady who has an AirPod in her ear every single time talking to whoever has the biggest attitude I’ve ever seen in customer service. There’s never a nice tone when she talks to me and other customers. She looks at you like an inconvenience. She sighs every time you request something on your sandwich. Today another customer noticed the bathroom door was locked so she kindly asked the worker if she can use the restroom and the worker replies with an attitude “yeah you just have to open it” like no duh you have to open the door to use the bathroom. So the nice customer let her know it’s locked and the worker annoyingly slammed her arms down on the table and walked away to open the door for her. I’m not sure how she hasn’t been talked to by management after I have just seen multiple horrible reviews about her attitude and customer service. Also when did it become acceptable to wear AirPods during work?? So unprofessional and the attitude needs to stop.

She didn't seem very happy the entire time. She was there the next week with the same attitude...
