She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to track down the root of my issue, and handled everything promptly and efficiently. To put it into perspective, she resolved in 8 minutes what couldn’t be resolved over the course of my entire morning. I had already reached out to multiple Safeway locations, Instacart, and even Albertsons customer service, and she was the only one who was able to actually fix the issue. I’ll be attaching my call log because it really shows how much effort this took before I finally got connected to her. That level of care, urgency, and follow through really stood out. Jori, if you happen to see this you genuinely saved my BBQ, and I appreciate you so much! While there were some issues on the third party delivery side, Jori stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. Exceptional service like that does not go unnoticed. Increase that lady’s paycheck , stat !
