  Ordered food on the app and didn't receive all my food. The gave me a drink that had sweet tea in the bottom of the cup with unsweetened tea on top. My fries and food were completely cold and there is no where in the app to make a complaint

  I ordered online and they couldn't even get the order right. I ordered a meal and two additional items. I recieved the meal. So triple check your bags because when you call, they will forget to mute the phone while they talk about you. Absolute worst customer service, they didn't listen when I tried to explain that I don't live nearby for a refund.

  Good place to find something cheap but not nutritional. Service sometimes pays attention to the order. Always check your bag before you leave. The food is plain McDonald's but open early as 6 am for breakfast.

  It's like every other time I go here, they mess up my order. Today at 1030am I ordered two number 2's, sausage egg mc'muffins and yet I received the ham ones..number 1's instead. Last week I ordered food for me and my girlfriend to eat at her job for her break and they so forgot my cream and sugar i ordered for our coffee. We ate our food with black coffee, which is ok, I guess but I still wanted my cream and sugar. They are always forgetting an item mixing it up with another. And yet I keep coming back to this convenient spot. Just do your job!
