Pay your workers more. When it’s every Taco Bell in the area every single time I know it’s not your workers fault, it’s management and higher ups. you’re not paying them a living wage, probably not training them, and they’re quiet quitting. I’ve been here a handful of times in the past few years and every time there’s an issue with a fairly straightforward order. Forgot sauce specifically asked for, put sour cream when I said no sour cream. One time I paid for extras and didn’t receive them. Most customers won’t ask them to correct it, they’ll just drive home, see it and be mad and probably not eat there again. Every place I go that pays a living wage or at least above minimum wage doesn’t have this problem. Go out of business. There’s better places to eat.

I don't know how their food tastes because we didn't get served. We walked in there was clearly three people working in the back at least. There was what appeared to be two managers sitting in the corner with a laptop talking. Nobody greeted us when we walked in. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and not a single employee said a word to us. One employee from the back peep down and saw us waiting at the counter didn't say a word to us continued on with what they were doing. Not even a simple hello. Not even from the guy that was working the drive-thru. So we left. Terrible customer service. Even from what appeared to be the managers
