Obviously the night manager is completely incompetent. This is the second time I have had same experience. The employee had the audacity to say "We had a lot of large orders". Nope. Not true. He also said there were only 2 preparers. Absolutely ridiculous. I eventually had to keep turning my car off for several minutes at a time. Just horrible! I'd rather drive out of my way to get home sooner than EVER go here again. Very, very poor management.
