I went through the drive-through, and from the beginning, the lady taking my order had a rude tone and showed no basic courtesy. There was no greeting, no patience, and no respect in the way she spoke. When I pulled up to the window, the situation got even worse. The tall male employee at the window was extremely disrespectful and openly rude. His attitude was aggressive and uncalled for. I calmly asked him why he seemed angry and why he was being rude, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded by saying that they would not serve me if I came there again. That kind of response to a customer is shocking and completely inappropriate. I told him that he could do whatever he wanted, but that employees need to learn how to treat customers with basic respect. No customer deserves to be spoken to in that manner, especially when they are being calm and respectful. Customer service is a big part of any business, and this location clearly needs better training and management oversight. I do not expect special treatment, only basic politeness and respect. Unfortunately, this location failed badly in that regard. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving employee behavior, because this experience left a very negative impression and made me not want to return.
