  A new favorite stop on the way home from Sacramento appointments. The food is always fresh... Great place for casual lunch or fancy date nights

  Indian Oven in Citrus Heights was extremely disappointing. The food lacked flavor, and even the garlic naan bread was surprisingly bland. We didn’t finish our meal, which says a lot. Seasoning and spices are such an essential part of Indian cuisine, yet every dish we tried was severely under seasoned and tasted watered down. I will not be returning, nor do I recommend it.

  We came right after they opened for their evening portion, so we had the restaurant to ourselves. Ordered a Lamb Tiki Masala & naan, which was absolutely phenomenal. Service was great, not applicable to me but they had a really neat looking bar with a lot of wine options.

  I have loved Indian food, my boyfriend not so much…. He surprised me with a Valentines Dinner! He loved everything we ordered, the waiter recommended a chicken dish and we order the shrimp as an appetizer, the butter chicken and garlic naan of course. Everything was delicious, my boyfriend is now a big fan! I don’t even know who was waiting on us because they were so attentive. We will back!
