- MMMartin Mendoza6 days ago1.0Stopped here for lunch and it was as disappointing as it gets.Ordered a original pollo bowl and got mainly rice and beans.not even 5 little pieces of chicken included in the meal.Asked for flour tortillas with my order instead of chips and all I got was chips.By far one of the worst el pollo locos I've been to.The meat on the chicken nachos my wife ordered tasted dated.i tried to give it a shot and see how I felt at the end of the meal but this is it.not very good service and even worse food/portions.To raise the price on meals and skimp you on food is the new style.Do not stop here unless your starving and there is nothing else open.

We ordered 16 tacos, which made it take a while and this establishment unfortunately doesn’t have a place to pull in if they need to take other orders while you wait so we asked if we can park on to the right in the next-door neighbor’s parking lot and he said that’s totally fine for this one time I can do that for you guys… I told him it’s kind of a long walk so I’ll go ahead and just park and walk over and grab it and he was like are you sure I can totally do it for you so I just was impressed with the customer service. The food is always amazing here. Taco Tuesday. Need I say more?
