Both times they weren’t busy too. So either the order tracker doesn’t work orrrrr the employees are sitting around doing nothing. If you want your order ready when it’s supposed to be, don’t order at this location.

This time I called to confirm my order when it didn't show on the website. They told me it was in the oven & would be ready in 4 minutes. I arrived to pick it up. They couldn't find it and had to make it while I waited. Another ~20 minutes out of my dinner break. This is unacceptable! You need to spend a few $ on a coder who can make you website more user friendly & efficient. I've written you about this website problem before. Step up or else lose the business. I worked 2 years for a franchisee in I'll. in the 80s. Mack would have never put up with this poor of customer service. Get with the program or lose business. Sincerely irritated, B. Martin
