  The customer service REALLY lacks here, I can recall multiple times where I’ve felt dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience here. Today specifically I ordered 3 drinks, 2 of them being totally different and both giving me and my family some sort of POSSIBLY food poisoning. One of them was supposed to come with whip, which they did not add to my drink. They proceeded to take my drink back and put whip on it after I brought it to my car and realized I didn’t get what I ordered. This is why I possibly believe there is some sort of cross contamination between employees and customers. Another time, there was a HAIR in my drink. And previous times here & at the Antelope one, they’ve given me trouble for asking them to remake my drink the way I ordered it… many of the rebels that are “extra thick” come out very watery when given at the window. Another time I ordered for pick up, there were about 5 people in the shop and I waited almost 30-40 minutes to get my drink when I was the ONLY walk up there. I find that a lot of these employees are not very enthusiastic towards customers . I’ve been a regular customer since 2020 and I am unsure of coming back to this location.

  I wanted to leave a review for Dutch Bros because overall I’ve had a lot of really great experiences there, and it’s clear that most of the employees genuinely care about their customers and about creating a positive environment. One of the things that always stands out to me is how friendly and upbeat the majority of the staff are. Even when the line is long or the place is busy, they still take the time to greet people, make conversation, and keep the atmosphere fun and welcoming. It’s one of the reasons Dutch Bros has such a loyal following. You can tell that customer experience is something they really try to prioritize. The drinks are also consistently good. Whether it’s coffee, energy drinks, or something sweet and iced, everything is made quickly and usually exactly how you ask for it. The menu has a lot of fun options and flavors, and it’s nice that the staff are usually willing to help suggest combinations if you’re not sure what to order. I also appreciate how efficient they are even when there’s a long drive-through line. The team usually keeps things moving at a good pace without making customers feel rushed. That said, I did have one interaction that wasn’t the best, which is the only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five. I asked the person at the window if they had any stickers, which is something Dutch Bros is pretty well known for. The employee responded very quickly and a bit abruptly that they absolutely would not have any coming up. I then asked if there might be any for St. Patrick’s Day, and the response was again a quick “nope” in a way that felt pretty dismissive, like the conversation was being shut down rather than answered. Later on it turned out they actually did end up having stickers, so the interaction felt a little odd and somewhat unnecessary. It seemed like maybe the employee just didn’t want to talk about it or didn’t want to continue the conversation. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did feel a little out of character compared to the friendliness Dutch Bros is known for. Even with that experience, I still think Dutch Bros does a great job overall. The majority of the employees are extremely kind, upbeat, and engaging, and that energy is part of what makes the place so enjoyable to visit. It’s clear that most of the team really tries to make customers feel welcome and appreciated, and that goes a long way. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Dutch Bros for great drinks and a generally positive atmosphere. The staff is usually wonderful, the drinks are consistently good, and the whole vibe is fun and energetic. I’m giving four stars because of that one interaction, but aside from that moment, my experiences there have been very positive.

  Hoy fuimos a la pulga de Roseville y paramos ahí agarrar unas bebidas y nos dieron mal lo que pedimos tuvimos que parar asta la florín y Freeport y ahí si nos dieron las bebidas exactas como las pedimos

  Holy moly the drinks are sooooooo good! My favorite drink is the birthday cake drink! Haven’t had that in 4 years because have a jiu jitsu competition! Highly recommend this place
