    Horrible experience here. It was my first and. Last time in this establishment. Cashier was ok. The manager on duty I think by far has been the worst encounter I have had in a few years. Did not acknowledge anyone. Give off a friendly environment. Which is absurd don't you deal with people all day and the way you treat people will improve your business and productivity level. Subway I would HIGHLY reconsider having this type of body representing your brand. My kids drop their drink. So I hurried and cleaned off the tables wiped them dry and helped with cleaning up my childs mess. When I asked for more cleaning supplies he gave me a 5 x 5 handpaper towels. Honestly what was I going to a accomplish with that. I walked off continued to clean and it bothered me so much that I went to complain to the cashier who had a warmer face and to my surprise she said he was the manager. Such a disappointment. I let him know that his attitude and customer service was horrible and that he needed to work on it. All he said was oh yeaaahhhhhh realllyyy well you would to if I made a mess like this. I immediately looked up at him. Wished him the day he deserved and left. Horrible environment for your guest.

    Employee Graciela has her name on her visor and according to all the comments from this location policy is paramount. Customer service is not a real thing. I've visited other locations that have the self check out, but other locations understand that if the customer wants to order in person. We can request and the Employee will grant that, because stores want customers to come back. I'm not a person that decides to go to a restaurant or food joint if it has bad reviews but this place made me change where I choose to eat. Hopefully Subway reviews their policy and makes changes or its just management from this location.

    Subway is getting ridiculous! Automating everything and only having one employee slows down everything. Takes a very long time to get a sandwich. Can’t even talk to a human anymore. These employees deserve a big raise.

    My boyfriend went in around 6:30 pm to buy 2 sandwiches 1 was a cold cut and the other one was a teriyaki chicken sandwich. When he got back to the RV we opened our sandwiches the cold cut was okay but the teriyaki chicken was disgusting. The chicken looked bad the sandwich was so soggy it was falling apart. He went back to the store and spoke to a guy showed him the sandwich and asked if they can make another one. The guy said no that he would not make another one he said eat the one that was made. Also he didn't want to give him a refund. My boyfriend left the sandwich there and without a refund. I can't believe the customer service in that store he was rude. I don't recommend this store at all. He left with no sandwich or refund. Ridiculous.

    This is the laziest Subway I've ever stepped into they ignored me and then when they finally acknowledged I was still standing there waiting it was to point st the self serve kiosk as if to say I simply can't be bothered to earn my paycheck.
