- MAMarvin Ambon2 days ago3.0Went to get the K-pop Demon Hunters Huntr/x meal. I have a feeling they intentionally didn’t add a card pack and hope that I forgot since I had to drive back for one after I realized there wasn’t any in my box. When I asked where’s my Huntr/x card pack, they just shrugged and offered a Saja boys one instead. Food was okay but the experience was pretty sus.
- RIRamon Ramirez II3 days ago1.0I ordered the K-Pop meal via drive thru. They forgot to include the K-Pop Cards. I had to return to the location after driving away. When I returned, the manager did not even apologize for their error. She had a bad attitude. She did not have her ID badge. when I asked for her name she refused to provide. She was a Hispanic Female mid 30s. Really bad customer service.

Today 3/28/2026 at 6:30am I went to eat breakfast with my husband and the service was bad, the restrooms were dirty with no toilet paper or seat covers it seems that they have not cleaned them in years. Whomever is store manager at this location should really enforce the cleanliness and have all staff especially management accountable.

The staff were just gossiping and laughing while not just ignoring me but everyone else as well. After 15 minutes I was so upsetting that I barked at the lady in front asking for my to go order. She pulls it from the side and hands it to me.. it had been sitting there getting COLD! While she laughed and laughed .. I hope she gets crabs.
