  We love going to this Luna Grill. The staff is awesome and the food is always great. On our last visit Victoria and Diego went above and beyond and even have my daughter an Easter treat.

  I love the food at Luna Grill! I ordered the classic chicken pita and my daughter ordered the shrimp plate. We both thought the food was fantastic as always. During this visit I received exceptional service as well which has prompted me to write a review. Thank you Ale and Victoria for going above and beyond! From the friendly service, delicious food, and personal touches we had a wonderful experience today.

  I ordered a take out here and notice a dish was out right away. I didnt think it was mine since it was so quick. However, about 10 minutes or so later that same dish that was sitting out was actually mine. So basically in a restaurant that had 3 people dining in took them that long to give me my order. Then when I checked my order the lady almost forgot my extra tzisiki sauce. When I called to let the manager I found out it was the manager who helped me that day which is very concerning. I asked to be contacted by someone higher up because we like luna grill but this type of service is what will push paying customer away. Im updating this review to stars from 1 after speaking with the regional manager Jaime. I am glad that someone like Jaime takes accountability and ownership when employees need to be reminded who keeps the business open. I am confident that this store will be better next time we visit as it is nearest to our home and that I will give it a 5 stars review.

  Thank you, Diego, for the excellent help today! My build your own bowl was delicious, as the food always is at this location. Diego's friendly service stood out, though. He provided such a great customer experience. Thanks again, Diego. I will definitely be back!

  Ever since they changed the menu the food quality has been very different. I tried this location to see if the location on otay lakes was the issue and came to find out its just their new thing. I paid 15 dollars for a caesar salad that was the portion size of a side salad with a costco size half empty caesar dressing. The only thing salvageable from the meal were the shrimp skewers. Im glad i spent my last 20 bucks in points cause i have no intentions of coming back to luna. I've talked to other people i know frequented Luna and they also think similarly.
