  We've been going to this location ever since it had opened up. I made an order for aa pick up and they got me my food exactly the time they promised. My food was complete and I can tell it was handled with care. This will definitely be the location that I will keep going to even though its a bit further. Camille is also great and very professional!

  I had my first visit at Luna Grill Eastlake today, and I have to say the customer service alone will keep me coming back! Litzy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with such a friendly attitude and took the time to explain the menu since it was my first time. She recommended some of her favorite/best-selling items and even broke down the portion sizes, which really helped me decide what to order. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she told me about the Luna Grill app, explained the rewards system, and shared how I could get discounts, which is super helpful as a student in the area. After I got my food, she came by my table to check on me and make sure everything was good and if I needed anything else. That level of attention is rare these days. On top of that, the restaurant itself was extremely clean and the bathrooms were spotless, which made the experience even better. It’s not every day you come across someone so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Litzy made my entire experience feel welcoming and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

  I got my food stolen by a repeat offender today. I walked in to pick up my online order that I placed with plenty of time because I ordered for my lunch break. When I got to the location I was informed that someone had stolen my order, mind you this isn't even the girls first time stealing at this location as I was told by an employee. Yet yall have apparently done absolutely nothing to prevent her access. Offering a coupon for future meals is meaningless when you as an establishment allow for repeated food theft and especially by the same person as nobody that gets their food stolen would be smart to go back. Thanks for helping cut my already short lunch break shorter. I'd have been better off waiting in line to order since I had to wait for a re-fire anyway. Also, I was shorted on my order and didn't receive everything when they re-fired it.

  Karen took our orders and was helpful and patient with us. She gave great customer service. The food was healthy and surprisingly me and my boyfriend liked the fries (they reminded us of McDonald fries). Super healthy, affordable, and fast service

  I had to leave a review because the experience I had was honestly unforgettable—and that’s all thanks to Kamila. Kamila made what was hands down the best bowl I’ve ever had in my life. Every ingredient was perfectly balanced, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing, because the attention to detail was on another level. It wasn’t just food—it felt like something made with real pride and skill. On top of that, Kamila’s attitude made the whole experience even better. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she does, which made a huge difference. If you get the chance to have your bowl made by Kamila, don’t think twice—you’re in for something special.
